No Parts Repairs
A repair that doesn’t require any parts is as simple as it gets. We diagnose the problem and fix items like loose wires, plugged filters, and more…

The contactor connects the thermostat to the condenser and is more or less the on/off switch to the condenser.
The A/C circuit board would be considered the brains of the A/C unit. Like all computers, they sometimes get fried and stop working.
Condenser Fan Motor
The condenser fan motor keeps the condenser cool while it works.
The compressor compresses the refrigerant so that it can evaporate which is what causes the cooling of the system.
The thermostat is the on/off switch for your A/C unit. It checks the temperature of the house and decides based your programming of the thermostat if cooling is needed.
Price depends on features (manual, programmable, digital, etc…)
$125 – $275
The transformer takes the incoming power to the furnace unit and decreases the power output for the circuit board and thermostat controls. This keeps both from getting too much power.
Condenser Coil Cleaning
Cleaning the condenser coil keeps it working at its maximum potential.
Evaporator Coil Cleaning
Keeping the evaporator coil clean will keep your system functioning at its maximum. If the evaporator coil stays dirty, the cold air coming out of your vents might not be very cold.
Leak – Find and Fix
If your A/C unit is leaking, we will find and fix the leak.
