No Parts Repairs
A repair that doesn’t require any parts is as simple as it gets. We diagnose the problem and fix items like loose wires, plugged filters, and more…

The pump is what moves the heated water through the system.
The flow switch is a mechanical device that is switched on or off in response to the flow (or lack of flow) of the heated water in your system.
The zone valve turns zones on/off as needed by the system.

The spark box is the ignition system of the boiler.
The thermostat is the on/off switch for your boiler. It checks the temperature of the house and decides based your programming of the thermostat if heat is needed.
Price depends on features (manual, programmable, digital, etc…)

The transformer takes the incoming power to the furnace unit and decreases the power output for the circuit board and thermostat controls. This keeps both from getting too much power.
The limit is a safety device that turns off your system in the event of overheating.
